I am about to take the delivery of my new Royal Enfield Classic

I am about to take the delivery of my new Royal Enfield Classic 350cc Bike from Jalandhar.I stay in Greater Noida. My questions are as under:

1. What are the various documents pertaining to my bike that the dealer must provide to me?
2. I wish to ride the bike back to Greater Noida from Jalandhar. What documents should i possess in case checked for?
3. I wish to get registration of UP/DEL as we have residences here.What requirements do I need to keep in mind?
4. I have a learner's license at present.Hope that wont be an issue while riding the bike from Jalandhar till here?
