I am an indane LPG consumer no. 108719 LPG Id 3-7500-0000-3112-7485 with Sri Radhey Gas Service distrbutor code no.161210 in Mathura city-281001 (UP).I booked IVRS refill order ref. no.271727 dated 3-10-2015. The distributor is changing cashmemo number again and again as is clear from the IVRS booking status information as it informed cash memo no. 3000042855 on 5-10-2015 but different cash memo no.3000043938 on 11-10-2015 and different cash memo no.3000044600 on12-10-2015 and again different cash memo no.3000045432 on 14-10-2015. The said distributor is not complying the refill order and is delaying the compliance whereas it has complied the subsequent other refill orders of other consumers. The said distributor is making unauthorised out of turn delivery of refill.
He is thus denying service to consumer. Changing the cash memo number of the said refill order amounts to tampering and manipulation of the datas / record. Kindly inquire and ensure compliance of my refill order.
