I am archana from aurangabad, maharastra state. In the site city aurangabad is not mentioned nor the proper head pertsining to my question is not mentioned therfore the subject mentioned is specified in the question. The question is about my husband shri Yeshwant Sadashiv Hotkar who is working as Inspector, Central Excise, Aurangabad. My husband is given one disciplinary order dtd 28.9.2012 and later on this disciplinary order is said to be not issued.This falsy stand of the disciplinary order is supported upto the CBEC, NEW DELHI. For details my bribe fighter post two in number and one post earlier in the bribe hotline may be read. The resultant question is that as to which documents are to relied that is the document served to my husband who is the charged officet or the documents altogether kept on records and said to be sent to various offices by the disciplinary order.
