I am facing problems to get vehicle registration documents. Pl help. I have purchased a car Baleno registered in Haryana , from an army officer in yr 2010 on the promise that papers will be sent shortly , the vehicle is registered in the name of his brother , who stays in Chandigarh. Inspite of contacting both numerous times , they have not been able to provide me with registration papers of vehicle. Car is standing still for last 2-3 yrs,for want of papers. I am at Hydearbad. How to get regn papers. Pl guide me.
