I am going to execute a sale deed for sale of my house in Baroda. What all I need to carry with me to the Sub registrars office other than my photos, PAN card, Aadhaar card, Passport, IT returns for last three years, original sale deed in my favour, Property card. The house is in a colony which is not yet regd as a society. Buyer is also living in Baroda. What should I do if I am asked to bribe?
