I am going for a registration but I have received a mail from my builder which specifies
"You need to Carry Rs.10,000/- Cash during Regt." When I asked they told that this is bribe charges required at the time of registration.

When I asked in detail about the bribe charges then they changed the statement that this amount is processing charges of registration. I asked where it is mentioned then they told that its not mentioned anywhere but I need to give,

I don't want to give the bribe charges so need your support and suggestion asap.
