I am living in Faridabad and want to file a PIL. in the matter that Indian Courts especially in Haryana are not taking actions in their court as per guidelines issued by the Supreme court of India . My questions are :-
i) Can I file said PIL in Hindi ?
ii) Where I can file it ? directely in Supreme Court or I have to file it in Pb.&
Haryana High Court ?
iii) Please also inform the person concerned to whom it is to be addressed . Can
it be sent to the concerned person by post ?
