I am properly from Nagpur .I went to hyderabad where someone has stolen my laptop from hostel room on 28-sep-2015.I went to hyderabad police I made complain but they didn't give me any complain copy or f.I.r copy . On 29th Sep 2015 I had the returing ticket to nagpur. Police told me to go and said I will send you f.I.r copy. I called the police officer several times but he has not responded well. Twice he said I am out of station sometimes he said talk to another person sometimes he said I am at home like this he has not given positive response. Now its one and half month complited but I did not get any f.I.r. copy.
My question is now can I make complain to Nagpur police station ? because I cannot go to hydrerabad.
Or else what should I do to get f.I.r copy so that I must have the proof that laptop is stollen if the thief
misuses it.
Can I make complain against police officer and how ?
What else can I do ?
