I am purchasing a bike from uttarakhand and i want it to get tranferred on my name although i have no address proof in uttarakhand, but have my all residential proof of bareilly. So kindly tell me the complete procedure to get it registered in uttarakhand itself.
In addition tell me the way to get NOC from uttarakhand authourity and how can i apply it in bareily what will be the documents which i required to get it done.
