I am running a beedi manufacturing company in Tirunelveli (my home town) fot the last 8 months with aprox 200 female workers. I am marketing the same Beedies in my Own Trade Mark in the nearest shops.

I hav did proper Registration in TRADEMARK and Proprietory registration in the nearest Sub-registrar office about my company.

I need to know what are all the other formalities i.e. licences
1. Labour act
2. Profident fund
3. Labour welfer act
4. Tobaco related licence in the Govt
5. Licence from any Local body (Agri/Lbour/tobacco/polution control) etc
