I am selling my property now which I purchased in the year 1997.
I am selling my property now which I purchased in the year 1997. I understand that Since 2010 BMC has been charging a higher rate of property tax and has agreed to refund/adjust the higher amount. How will I be entitled to get my share of the higher property tax paid by me.
