I am a transport owner. I have a vehicle detained at Nipani Border, Belgaum for no reason. The RTO has taken all the vehicle documents and is asking for a bribe of Rs. 20,000. Apparently some other company has paid him said amount for a similar load. Who should I approach to get my problem resolved.
