I am trying the help some one change his driving license from Kerala to Karnataka, and convert his driving license to a commercial DL (badge). The amount they have asked him at the RTO is 3k in one place and 5k (on phone) in another place. THis of course is largely a bribe.
Would like to know the exact procedure for this, including the legal costs of the plus documents required.
And how can sakala be used in case a bribe is asked
