I am trying to obtain a marriage certificate for my husband i believe he has got married in Indian is village is Bhatnura Jalandhar.the girl does not know he is already married to me in England......His name Baljit Singh.. date of birth 18th January 1977...Father name Bur Singh.. Please can you HELP thanking you Vivien Singh I think the marriage took place in Feb/March this year.....
