I applied for Khata transfer of my apartment in June 2012, and i did not get Khata certificate after an year of follow up. Later, I was told that they have lost my documents as officers changed and they made me apply for Khata transfer again this year. I reapplied on 7th July 2013, and after 8 visits to Arekere BBMP office, now they are demanding Rs. 3000 to approve and issues the khata transfer certificate. Can you suggest me how do i deal with this?
