I bought 40X60 plots of land from a vendor Nirman Shelter in Bangalore at Nandanavana Layout. I have with me the ABSOLUTE SALE DEED dated 30 January 2002 and also the Possession certificate issued on their company's letter head. Kindly let me know what other documents should I obtain from Nirman Shelters.
