I bought a residential building recently and would like to pay the property tax for the same. Though the building was constructed around 3 years back, property tax is not paid yet and I have to start paying it for the first time. How to apply for assessing the property tax and how do I know if the tax calculated by the authorities is the actual value to be paid.
