I bought an apartment at Nolambur from a previous owner in 2010. As I stay out of station due to the nature of job, I could not change the name in the property and it is still on the previous owners name viz. in EB card, property tax etc. kindly let me know, where should I approach and what are the formalities and the documents needed to be carried by me as I will be coming to Chennai in the 1st week of October for a couple of weeks. thanking you,
