I bought a land from union bank in 2013 in an auction. jay narayan singh had mortagae this and could not repay the loan.Then i have applied for mutation. 8 months passed but nothing fruifull. Then I have given someone Rs 3000. He told that he will get it done. Again 4-5 months passed nothing happen. I called this guy many times. He always told me next week it will be done...just waisting time.
Now clerk in mutation office is telling me some fake story. They are saying this land belongs to prabhu dayal singh. He has mutation on this. And he had given a letter s that no one can have mutation on this. But I have seen on this site that current mutation is in name of jay narayan singh.
