I committed an offence of over speed on 13.10.2016. I was fined Rs. 400.00 and my driving license no. DL-1119890037094 was also withheld by the traffic officer for its suspension for three months until 13.01.2017. Thereafter I was supposed to collect it from the Rohini Zonal Office. In the last two months I have visited it quite a few times, but every time I was told that it has not received my license from the officer who withheld it.
The reality is that my license is not traceable and lost somewhere. In this situation I wish to lodge an FIR so that I can apply for a new license.
