Reported on November 28, 2014 from Shamli , Uttar Pradesh  ι Report #47567

I filed a case of kurrebandi in S.D.M court. There is a law of kurrebandi in section 176 of U.P.Z act that each kurra must be touch main road and occupience (kabza) is also must be concerned.Lekhpal submitted kurra report on the basis of kabza and main road.S.D.M.rejected the above kurra report and ordered lekhpal to submitted the report again. In the second kurra report he kept only one party in the touching of main road instead of all.I appealed in commisonery court against it and the commisnor ordered to give kurra to each party on main road but afterall S.D.M passed the second kurra. Can I take action against SDM in the following manners 1.contempt of commisonery court by him,2.He gave judgement against the law,3.in corruption as he first demanded the bribe from me and when I denied he received bribe from opposite party. If any legel action can be taken against him then what action and may it be taken directly in supreme court by file a PIL by myself only as I am not so rich to pay fee of an advocate of supreme court.Mention the procedure.PLEASE HELP ME.I HIGHLY BELIEVE IN KANOON.PLEASE-PLEASE.I'll BE HIGHLY OBLIGE TO YOU.
