I got married in Nov 2005 at Pilibhit District of U.P., however…
I got married in Nov 2005 at Pilibhit District of U.P., however never obtained a marriage certificate. Now i need the same to renew my passport. Please advise if the same procedure is applicable now or considering the lapsed time till date, there are some other instructions. Also is it possible for me to keep both my maiden and husband's surname on the marriage certificate. If yes, pls advise procedure for the same.
