I got a piece of land converted for residential purposes by the D.C . Even after 3 years I could not get the lay-out approved by SUDA.Now D.C. issued me a notice for cancellation of conversion orders stating that I have violated the pre-condition imposed in the convertion orders.What is the legal consequences ?
