I had bought land from one of my friend who was unmarried and now
I had bought land from one of my friend who was unmarried and now he died he had a younger brother, now younger brother is heir, but he did an agreement of land for 2 years with a condition that i will pay him 50k more and the land will be transferred to me, but he died in the middle of agreement,
now his younger brother wants to transfer his property on his name which is illegal, i went to the Lekhpal of my village and asked him not to do dakhil khaariz as this property has been sold to me on an agreement , but he is willing to take bribe from me and is calling to me so that i have to pay bribe.
what must i do, how could he get catch red handed , as he is very corrupt and take bribe from farmers in my village.
