I had purchased a flat last year in 2014. When I went to get my transfer application done in eKalyan West KDMC property tax department near Cinemax Theatre, I met one clerk Mr.Vijay Patil reporting to one Ingle who is in charge. He took all my documents first demanded 8,000/- (since it was two transfers) and said he has to pay bribe inside to all the senior officials in KDMC to put sign on the document.
He said he will do all the transfer ie. having the paper printed in newspaper and sign. I did not pay him but only paid the transfer fee and came back. After that he has gone missing.
He has two numbers 07720810005 and 9769417502
All KDMC clerks are corrupt.
Is there any way I can get my transfer done and get my documents back. I have gone their many times but no one is answering my question.
