I have a site in bangalore and applied for the building plan approval,
I have a site in bangalore and applied for the building plan approval, the ward engineer asking for the bribe 50,000 and given endorsement with the territary drain with in my location but as per the village and other revenue related document like tipanni and akarband there is no drain near to my site.
I would like to know how to overcome this issue and get the plan approval?
