I have already got the date of birth certificate from panchayat
I have already got the date of birth certificate from panchayat office of pathapatnam,srikakulam(dist), where my child born. i did a mistake to give my child name as SHALINI as per numaralogy. but now i wants to change my child name as SRI HARSHITHA. Sso please give me the way, how can i get my child bate of birth certificate with new name as SRI HARSHITHA.
