I have applied for my driving licence on June 2014 and all formalities related to my licence has been completed as per requirement of RTO office Moradabad. But still, I don't recived my licence from RTO office Moradabad. I have submitted my learning licence to RTO office on 14 June.Please take the interest personally in this matter and provide my licence.
