I have applied my name entering in 6 form (name mutation) on...
I have applied my name entering in 6 form (name mutation) on collector office at on date 8 July 2014 . I have received a message that your application received and processed and allot a serial number on date 2 August 2014. I thought my name entered in 6 Hak Patra .on date 21 September I received a message that your serial no. is effected in VF-7 and 8 A form. After that I went to the Collector office and got the certified copy of 6 form (name mutation) then I found that my serial no. rejected and reason is " 135 D notice served but attested copy of power of attorney is not presented result your serial number is rejected ". I contacted the office then they said you will have to do appeal.However I didn't receive such (135 D notice) notice.I want to know how can I enter my name in 6 form (name mutation) and what is the 135 D notice ? If I have to appeal then what proforma of appeal please suggest me exact and easy solution. thanks
