I have applied for RC Ownership change for four wheeler at Athapur...
I have applied for RC Ownership change for four wheeler at Athapur RTO office. RC was dispatched from RTO, But I haven't yet dispatched to my address. I visited 4 to 5 times nearest post office and RTO office. But no response from anybody. I have verified the EMS speed post enquiry, they do not have any updates on that. So I want to raise a complaint against RTO Hyderabad. Can anyone suggest me. How to go ahead?
