I have booked a car in Mumbai and have made the payment for the same...
I have booked a car in Mumbai and have made the payment for the same a week back and asked the showroom guy to get it registered, there after as per the request handed over the following documents for the registration:
1) Original Electricity Bill
2) Original gas Bill
3) Photo copy of sale dead
4) Photo copy of flat possession certificate
5) Photo copy of Pan card
And now the Showroom guy is asking for an amount of Rs 5000 for the registration and is saying that the RTO is not accepting the above documents for address proof. As per his communication Rs. 5000 is to be paid to RTO guy. I dont want to pay a bribe of Rs 5000/- is their an alternative???
