I have a building constructed in 1988-90 at Ganga Nagar ( Ward )…
I have a building constructed in 1988-90 at Ganga Nagar ( Ward ) 20 in Bangalore. The building plan was approved by BDA which had the jurisdiction then. Regrettably, I don't have a copy of the plan. I want to modify my building to meet current requirement as follows.
a) Cover two terraces on the first floor which were left open earlier
b) Make internal changes like breaking of walls, stair case, re-positioning of toilets etc.
The building WILL NOT extend beyond the ORIGINAL boundaries,off sets and will remain within the original foundation.
DO I NEED TO TAKE APPROVAL FROM BBMP to modify my building ? If yes, whom do I contact ?
