I have CNG fitted vehicle Alto car (Jan -2002 , CNG is ON RC) which

I have CNG fitted vehicle Alto car (Jan -2002 , CNG is ON RC) which is now 14.5 year old & registered in Delhi .
Now I need to transfer it to my Brother in Law at Surat .

Will there be any issue if it is 14.5 year due to BS standard . Are BS standard applicable to CNG Vehicle also ? What is the approx. . Re Registration charges at Surat ?

In case it can not be register at Surat any possibility to get it registered in near by remote are of Surat ?

Pls advise urgently
