I have Driving License from Hisar RTO and I want to transfer my DL to Rajasthan. For this Rajasthan RTO is asking NOC from Hisar RTO through internet printout copy which have Website address at the bottom of that page of NOC. And I ask from Hisar RTO and they don't issues this kind of NOC. If you can guide or help me out for this that would be really great for me and I'll be really thankful to you.
