I have a gramatana site registered at kengeri upanagar in 1997. When I got registered my site the opening of “Khatha” account was not permitted.
Now I wanted to open a khatha account in the Grama Pahchayat. Is it allowed now as per out government policies? Please let me know the formalities in detail for opening of Khatha account without paying bribe. What is the time taken for this process?
