I have hired an auto rickshaw from Iskcon temple to Amar Hotel in majestic at 11:20pm on 18th of august, 2013.
The auto driver has told me to pay double meter as it is post 10:00pm. and i agreed for that as i was getting late to reach and catch my bus to travel...
But the meter which the auto driver had initiated at my starting point started showing Rs.30 rite from the beginning and it had reached Rs.140/- by the time i reached my destination, i.e., Amar Hotel, majestic from Iskcon Temple which is quite impossible.....
And i had to pay him double the meter at my departure from his Auto-Rickshaw.... And there is no license plate in his auto...

I need you to look after his Pay-meter and take a necessary action and i want to know what action is been taken...
