I have land in Turangi village in Kakinada Rural mandal, which was cultivated agriculture upto 1985 but after wards father not cultivated due to bad health. Now i have taken over since 2013. Is it require to pay Agriculture to non agriculture conversion tax. If to be paid how much to be paid. How much minimum land to be the there. What is the land exempted if it is below one acre.
