I have moved from Chennai ( Tamilnadu) to Bhavnagar (Guarat) last year. I had approached local transport office to transfer my license which will expire in September 2014. I am asked to get NOC form Chennai. How to get that when I am in Bhavnagar ? The RTO cannot transfer from Chennai (TN) to Bhavnagar directly when everything on line this days.
