I have a plot 30 x 40 total 1200 sq. ft at Srinivasa Layout , Kithiganur, Bidrahalli Hobli near Garden City College , off KR Puram which is not DC converted and a Gram Thana Land. I want to sell the same. The Real estate Broker I am dealing with says the Registration for the same is now stopped. So I need to wait for the Registration to get opened. Can you tell me if the news is correct and if yes why the Registration is stopped , when it stopped, when it is likely to get opened ? Can you please advise me at the earliest and I will be grateful to you for the same. Also advise me the appropriate authority I must contact to know about the status.
