I have purchased a builder flat in a building with 100 flats. I
I have purchased a builder flat in a building with 100 flats.
I have thought of moving in now and realize that the electricity meter is cut of and taken away by bescom.
Can anyone tell me should I apply for new meter and what is the process, amount to be paid etc.
