I have purchased a plot in Doddagubbi panchayat limits, Bangalore. It is a DC converted plot. There is E-khata in name of previous owner from whom i purchased. The plot is registered in my name at Banaswadi subregisrar office, and i have also obtained EC in my name.

Now, I require E-khata in my name, but the doddagubbi panchayat office says that they cannot give E-khata. There are asking for RTC and mutation in my name, and also same atlas map. Where do i get all these?

Can you post sample of Indemnity Bond and also sample of Affidavit. Where do i get this indemnity bond? I am really regretting purchasing a plot in Bangalore, because at every step bribe is demanded.
