I have a son with 1 year old. I gave him a name Anurag Majumdar. But now I want to change his name as Yogeshwar Majumdar for some reason. How do I made this change in his Birth Certificate? The Birth Place of my son is Maldah. But now I live in Kolkata. Is it possible?
