I have to change my father's name in birth certificate because it is different from what I have in my school certificates and passport but the problem is I do not have proof showing that my dad's name is incorrect. In all my dad's proof his name is given same like birth certificate. I am planning to go abroad for studies I donnot have time to change my school certificate and passport . Is there any way I can change my birth certificate within a month.
