I joined in my current company in the year 2011 March. In this new company i didn't transfer my old PF amount so far. Still i didn't claim my previous company PF amount.

Is it possible to transfer my old company PF amount (3.5 years old) to my current company PF account. IF so what is the procedure to do. Also i got UAN number from my current company and activated it.
