I live in an apartment and seeking advice on obtaining khatha for my apartment.
The builder has taken a lumpsum from each of us for obtaining khatha for our apartments. He says that he is getting it done by some 3rd party
Once the builder files for khatha, is there an acknowledgement number provided to each of us?
Will each of us get a unique PID (property ID) on our khatha documenta?
