I lodge a complaint in belugippapolice station,against who damage my crop and fencing stones of my agriculture land on one week before .till now that ps si not given FIR copy.two days back when i was going to police station for getting of FIR Copy he did not given and also he asked put a signature on Form:NOTICE TO ACCUSED 41 C FORM FROM amendment act 2010.then i refuse to put sign.i notice one thing tha he had taken bribe from that accused person and force to sign on that form and planning to file a case on me illigally.so please tell what severe action should i taken oh him and how to proceed against him.please provide corret details.
