I lost my Driving License in Andhra pRadesh while travelling which was issued in Rajasthan. However, I resides in Karnataka. What is the procedure to get duplicate Driving License. Also, do I need to go to Rajasthan for that? Since, I lost it in Andhra Pradesh, will I be allowed to log FIR in Bangalore, Karnataka, where I resides?
