I nave a credit card holder of iob, 4 fraud transaction in my cr. card , i contact to cotomer care he told me lodge the FIR at local police station but Police incharge ,jeypore refused the lodge the FIR There after again contact to IOB costomer care , he told me lodge the FIR on line than solved case.
pl. suggest me how to lodge on line FIR
