I purchases Pebble smartwatch from US with free express shipping...
I purchases Pebble smartwatch from US with free express shipping through DHL. It arrived to my mailing address within 4 business days, However the DHL shipping is asking me to pay 3700 as customs duty for a watch whose cost is around 5000. I asked for clarification and DHL is saying me that customs had appraised its price to 11000 and as per the appraised price the cost of customs is 3700. I asked for the proof of customs receipt however DHL had provided me soft copy of there some product list sheet where the customs charge is shown as 1780 and it is slashed with cross line manually and new amount is written as 3180. I am asking for the receipt however DHL have not replied me. I am not aware what action should I take. Can anyone guide me please. I am ready to file consumer complaint against DHL
