(With regard to verification of your abovementioned application and PAN application documents, we would like to inform you that the documents received on January 21, 2016, are in order. Your application has been forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for further processing.)

NOW EVEN AFTER 3 WEEKS,
The Tracking of the acknowledgement number gives the following response.
(Status : Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.)

please advise when can i expect my pan card to reach me.
